We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to come and join at a pivotal time for Aquarius; who have a strong reputation which are now powered by Vadella to support that reputation and strengthen even further.

Someone who is able build relationships with business who will benefit from our wide array of water compliance services!

About The Role

  • Proactively develop new customer relationships and win new business for industries which would benefit from Aquarius’s range of water compliances services.
  • Nurture relationships made with new clients and show initiative of how additional service could benefit them.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline and forecasts using CRM systems
  • Manage full sales cycle
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Aquarius, networking, attending events.
  • Working with internal teams and the wider Vadella Group.
  • What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in a business development / B2B sales role
  • Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG Guidance
  • Knowledge of BG50 & BG29 Desirable but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK
