Waythrough seeks a Hope Worker Recovery Navigator to support individuals affected by substance misuse, reduce harm and promote recovery in Sheffield. You’ll provide person-centred, practical support through caseload management, outreach and brief interventions.
Working with Recovery Co-ordinators, pharmacies and partner agencies, you’ll engage with clients in community settings, conduct assessments, referrals and triage, contributing to safer, healthier communities.
