Waythrough is seeking an Enhanced Reconnect Navigator to support individuals with current or past substance use as they transition from custody into the community.
You will build trusted relationships, coordinate referrals to treatment and healthcare, and work with prison and community services to maintain recovery and reduce risk. This role is based at Reconnect Hub, Durham, with DBS and prison vetting required.
