Waythrough is seeking a dedicated Young Persons Substance Misuse Practitioner to support young people aged 10–21 with drug and alcohol treatment, assessments and interventions at Calderdale. You will work with families and partners to build resilience and positive outcomes.
The role involves managing a caseload, delivering tailored programmes and maintaining records in line with contractual requirements. A driving licence is required.
