At Aqualution Systems Ltd, we specialise in the science, manufacture and application of hypochlorous acid, delivering high-quality products and excellent service to customers across multiple sectors including cosmetics and petcare. We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Assistant to join our team on a maternity cover basis.
This is a key support role within our sales function. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, supporting both existing and new customers, and helping the wider team deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all inbound email enquiries from the website, ensuring leads are accurately captured and maintained within the CRM.
- Process orders efficiently via email and website in line with internal sales procedures.
- Support order processing in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order updates, availability, or delivery issues.
- Coordinate and manage product samples for prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across internal systems and CRM.
- Take ownership of CRM usage across the business to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Manage and update three Shopify websites, including order fulfilment and promotional activity.
