This full-time position is for a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager, based on-site at our Potters Bar location. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies, creating content, optimizing the brand's presence across platforms, and collaborating with influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities include:- Content creation and strategy, overseeing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with the online community to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality daily content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Own the end-to-end content process: ideation to optimisation and reporting.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, trends, and platform best practices.
- Monitor comments, messages and mentions across managed accounts to stay close to audience sentiment.
- Coordinate responses in line with brand tone of voice and agreed guidelines.
- Identify relevant user-generated content or community interactions and surface them internally.
- Identify, outreach to, and manage relationships with relevant influencers.
- Support and execute influencer campaigns that drive awareness and conversion.
- Create high-quality, platform-native visual assets to support daily content output across TikTok, Instagram and other channels.
- Use insights to continuously refine content strategy and report on key KPIs and growth metrics.
- Maintain daily posting cadence across all platforms.
- Adapt quickly to trends while staying aligned with long-term strategy.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating face-to-camera or personality-led content.
A successful applicant will have:
