Aqualogic is a growing water conservation and demand management business working with water companies across the UK. We combine practical field delivery, technical expertise and a people-focused approach to help reduce waste, improve performance and strengthen long-term resilience.
We are looking for experienced Leak Detection Engineers based throughout our operating region across South Wales, the South West of England around Exeter and the South Coast/East Sussex area (Portsmouth and Redhill through to Gatwick). The role will require using your expertise to resolve complex operational issues that will include detecting both proactive and reactive leaks on our clients’ network using a combination of methods. This position will suit an experienced leakage engineer who wants to progress within a growing company.

What we will expect from you
- Extensive leak detection experience with keen attention to detail
- Work accurately whilst meeting KPIs and achieving data capture targets without compromising quality
- Operate effectively both independently and as part of a regional specialist team across urban and rural sites, supporting leak reduction programmes.
- Identify, pinpoint, and verify leaks using specialist equipment and undertake valve operations and step testing.
- Liaison with clients and project teams to log and manage confirmed leaks, always representing the company professionally.
- Advanced knowledge of leakage detection techniques, water network hydraulics, and monitoring tools, whilst contributing to process improvements
- A clean UK manual driving licence.
- Vocational Achievements NVQ/C&G Water Hygiene, Street works and Manual handling accreditation.
