Position Overview: £40‑£50k (depending on experience) + company car, performance related bonus, health cash plan.

Aqualogic is a growing water conservation and demand management business working with water companies across the UK. We combine practical field delivery, technical expertise and a people‑focused approach to help reduce waste, improve performance and strengthen long‑term resilience.

Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the field delivery of iQuarius leakage operations across the South‑West region. iQuarius is our mobile acoustic leak detection system that uses smartphones and sensors to locate leaks accurately in water distribution networks, feeding data into our wider monitoring and management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day‑to‑day coordination of field activities for iQuarius leakage operations in the South‑West region.
  • Recruit, train and manage field technicians.
  • Ensure safe, efficient and consistently high‑quality delivery of field services.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with back‑office staff, client organisations and external delivery partners.
  • Report directly to the Leakage Programme Manager.
