Overview
Aqualogic are the UK leaders in water efficiency and demand management. We provide services to many of the major water utility companies and their customers, delivering professional support to manage water demand and losses.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be given a company van and will conduct water efficiency consultations across a range of customer homes and businesses throughout South & West Yorkshire. The service is free to the customer, paid for by the local water company. All appointments will be arranged for you, and you’ll use our works‑management app to guide you to every visit and through the visit itself. You’ll engage with the customer, discuss current water usage, offer tips and advice to reduce usage, and save them water and money. You’ll also provide instant assessments of in‑home fittings such as taps, toilets, showers, measuring flow rates and checking for leaks. You’ll input data using our My Water app on a company tablet and install ‘easy‑to‑fit’ water‑saving gadgets when required. At the end of the consultation, you’ll present the results, findings and water‑saving recommendations from the app to the customer. Full training will be given, including shadowing an existing team member before working solo. This role suits those passionate about climate and sustainability issues.
Main Duties
- Visiting domestic properties, liaising with homeowners and occupants.
- Discussing water efficiency and the drivers behind it.
- Providing water saving guidance and behavioural change advice.
- Fitting the recommended water saving gadgets and ensuring the highest customer care standards.
- Data inputting into My Water app and other specialist tools, using dedicated software and MS Office.
- Assisting the Project Manager and planning team to deliver the best service in the industry.
- Occasional weekend work may be required.
Qualifications
- Educational: GCSEs including Maths and English.
- Full UK driving licence: essential (company vehicle will be provided).
