Aqualogic is a water conservation and demand management business working with water companies across the UK. We combine practical field delivery, technical expertise and a people‑focused approach to help reduce waste, improve performance and strengthen long‑term resilience.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) field operations for Wessex Water and South West Water. This is a hands‑on, operational role supporting the day‑to‑day coordination of field activities, working closely with field technicians and the back‑office team to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery.

You will act as the principal day‑to‑day point of contact between the client and Aqualogic, ensuring all stakeholders are managed professionally and courteously. You will support effective communication between all parties, escalating any issues appropriately and within agreed timescales to senior Aqualogic management for review.

What we will expect from you

  • A minimum of five years of appropriate water industry experience, ideally in the management of water network‑related activity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Customer‑focused approach with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced operational environment
  • Full manual UK Driving Licence
  • Desirable – IOSH Managing Safely and a recognised leadership qualification (eg CMI Level 3)
