Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders manually and through the ERP system.
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries via email and phone in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with B2B customers.
  • Provide ongoing support to Regional Sales Managers.
  • Offer alternative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Liaise with courier services to ensure order fulfilment.
  • Support new process implementations and improvements.
  • Handle general office administration and other tasks as assigned.

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing or contact role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment within a professional team.
