We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CNC Machine Operator to join our busy, expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to grow within a dynamic company, working on exciting and varied projects where no two days are the same.
The Role
- Operate and maintain waterjet machinery
- Ensure work meets quality standards and engineering specifications
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Be flexible with overtime when required

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
- Commitment to high standards of workmanship and quality control (ISO9001)
Desirable:
- Previous experience operating CNC Waterjet, CNC Laser, or PLASMA machines
- Counterbalance FLT licence
