We are currently recruiting for Control Room Technicians to join our 24/7 operational team based in Exeter.

Salary: £39,448 (£32,873 Basic + Shift Allowance)

Working at the heart of our operation, the Control Room plays a critical role in monitoring performance, responding to live operational activity, and ensuring consistent service delivery. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, structured environment where teamwork, accuracy, and real-time decision-making are key. We are looking for individuals who can confidently interpret data, manage competing priorities, and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Monitoring and interpreting real-time operational data
  • Supporting effective decision-making to maintain service continuity
  • Communicating clearly with operational teams and stakeholders
  • Managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Identifying risks and supporting performance improvements

Shift Pattern: This role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern: 6 days on, 4 days off 2x mornings, 2x afternoons, 2x nights

Shift times: 06:30 – 15:05, 14:30 – 23:05, 22:30 – 07:05

You’ll be part of a team of seven technicians providing continuous coverage.
