South West Water in Exeter is seeking an Engineering Project Manager – Capital Delivery to lead a portfolio of capital projects across our clean water, wastewater and environmental assets.

You will manage the full lifecycle—from scope through design, procurement, construction and commissioning—ensuring safety, on‑time delivery and budget compliance.
