Join our team as a Spa Receptionist and be the welcoming face of Aqua Sana Forest Spa, providing a warm, professional service while ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience for every guest from arrival to departure. What you'll be doing
- Deliver friendly and professional front-of-house service to all guests
- Handle bookings, queries and the smooth running of the reception area
- Support treatment and retail sales to maximise profitability
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards Strong communicator with excellent organisation, attention to detail and computer skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused, with customer service experience and industry knowledge
- Builds effective relationships across all levels with a warm and genuine approach
- Demonstrates initiative, teamwork and exceptional time management skills Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa)
