This is a hybrid role combining manufacturing engineer and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling the products and supporting customers - from pre-sales consultation to after-sales technical assistance.

  • Perform light assembly of PCB and mechanics
  • Assist in product testing and quality checks to ensure performance standards are met
  • Use basic test equipment (e.g. multimeter, signal generator, spectrum analyser) to verify functionality
  • Support fault finding and troubleshooting of electronic units
  • Record test results and maintain accurate documentation
  • Work closely with engineering team to understand product design and improvements
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
    • Provide timely and professional support to global clients
    • Handle order updates, delivery tracking, and general customer issues
    • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
  • Technical Support
    • Provide basic troubleshooting and remote support for equipment
    • Assist customers with installation guidance and product setup
