As our Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, you will be assisting the Global Head of Digital Marketing in implementing the digital strategy across our restaurant brands globally, to support all aspects of the digital marketing efforts. You will lead customer lifecycle strategy, CRM operations, and digital transformation projects across UK venues. This role bridges the gap between performance marketing and customer retention through data-driven segmentation, automation, and project delivery.
The position will be based in our Head Office located on Borough High Street, neighbouring the Shard and a stone’s throw away from the historic Borough Market. Our head office is conveniently next to Borough station, and a 5-minute walk away from London Bridge station, making it well connected to Central and Greater London. Part of the job also involves frequenting our incredible venues across Central and West London, with restaurants never over half an hour away from our Head Office.

Your day at Aqua:
- Develop and execute CRM and segmentation strategies to drive repeat visits, loyalty and increased customer lifetime value through app, membership and automated multi-channel journeys
- Analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improved engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the customer lifecycle
- Establish and manage data frameworks across UK venues, ensuring GDPR compliance, data quality, platform integration and clear KPIs for retention and performance reporting
- Lead key digital projects including multisite website migration, repeat guest initiatives, and gifting programmes, coordinating agencies and stakeholders to deliver on time and budget
- Collaborate with performance marketing and senior leadership to align CRM with paid media, shape digital strategy, explore new loyalty and partnership opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends
We are looking for someone who:
- has CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi-location businesses
- has hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, or similar)
- has a strong understanding of customer segmentation, RFM analysis, and predictive modelling
- has working knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
- has experience with data management, analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, Looker), and MarTech stack integration
- has project management experience, including coordinating technical implementations
You will be paid £25,445.64 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up between £24,554.36 and £29,554.36 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
