Your day at Aqua:
- Team guidance & development: Mentor and inspire a team of dedicated hospitality individuals. Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members to ensure top-notch service and smooth operations
- Operational management: Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant, scheduling rotas, creating promotional ideas and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
You will be paid £31,785.17 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venues Tronc system, which may give you up to £27,465.24 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
