As our Sommelier, you will share your wine expertise to guide our guests through the culinary experience of our restaurants. Situated on Level 33 of The Shard, the UK’s tallest building, Hutong delivers an exceptional Northern Chinese dining experience with stunning views of London.

Your Day At Aqua
- Wine expert & guide: You will be the go-to person for all things wine, helping choose the perfect bottle or glass to complement guests’ meal and elevate their dining experience
- Curate our wine selection: You will oversee our wine list, showcasing a diverse range of top-quality wines that reflect our menu and delight our customers
You will be paid £12.21 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.81 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
