Location: Our Head Office is in Borough (5 min walk from Borough Market). The position begins with Azzurra (Chelsea) and Dim Sum Library (Covent Garden), with main focus on Azzurra.

Responsibilities:
- Team guidance & development: You will guide by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver an exceptional service. Your support in hiring, training, and developing staff will ensure they reach their full potential and make team members feel included and motivated.
- Operational excellence: Drive organisational change, ensure alignment with business goals, build relationships with suppliers & manage budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Mid-senior level experience in restaurant operations
- Strong leadership & team development skills
- Proficiency in budget & financial forecasting
Compensation: You will be paid £30,534.76 per year. In addition, you can be part of the venue's Tronc system, which may give you up to £64,465.24 extra per year.
