As our Head Host, you will be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring they receive the warmest of welcomes, and supporting the team to run a smooth operation. We are looking for someone passionate and very hospitable in their approach to customer service.

Location: Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next‑level dim sum, tea‑inspired cocktails, and all‑day dining. And we’re just a short two‑minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station.

Your Day at Aqua

  • Lead by example: Support the reception team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service
  • Handle guest relations: Manage reservations, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for guests and the team
  • Team building: Assist supervisors and management with developing the team

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £3.79 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
