As our Head Host, you will be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring they receive the warmest of welcomes, and supporting the Reception Manager in guiding the team and running a smooth operation. We are looking for someone passionate and very hospitable in their approach to customer service.
Where are we located? Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we’re just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your Day At Aqua
- Lead by example: Support the reception team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service
- Handle guest relations: Manage reservations, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for guests and the team
- Team building: Assist supervisors and management with developing the team
You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £3.79 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
