Your day at Aqua:
- Culinary Leadership and Crafting Recipes for Success: Oversee all kitchen operations, leading the culinary team in creating and presenting exceptional dishes that meet our high standards for quality, flavour, and presentation while driving menu innovation and seasonal offerings
- Team Management: Manage and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment, conducting training sessions, and providing performance evaluations to support employee development and culinary excellence
You will be paid £31,785.17 per year. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to and between £28,214.83 and £33,214.83 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
