Responsibilities

• Drive the culinary direction of the restaurant and mentor the team.
• Craft recipes, create menu, and present authentic & innovative dishes that reflect the highest standards of quality, flavour, and presentation.
• Lead, train and evaluate the culinary team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Manage kitchen operations: inventory, food costs, cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards, and overall culinary strategy.
• Prepare and support special events, menu development, and overall restaurant strategy.

Compensation

You will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition you may receive up to £59,465.24 extra per year via the Tronc system, managed by Tronc Master.
