Your day at Aqua:
- Master of wine pairings: You will be the go-to person for all things wine, helping choose the perfect bottle or glass to complement guests’ meal and elevate their dining experience
- Inspire & guide: You will mentor and train our sommelier team, sharing your extensive knowledge and passion for wine, while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
You will be paid £31,785.17 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £20,992.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
