Shiro is a Japanese restaurant and bar located at Liverpool Street’s Upper Broadgate Circle. Hugely popular in our home Hong Kong, Shiro cuisine is inspired by Japan’s foodie hot spots; Ginza, Shinjuku and Shibuya in Tokyo.

Your day at Aqua:
- Culinary Creativity & Crafting Recipes for Success: Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Team Support & Development: Support and mentor junior team members providing guidance and training to help them grow and improve their skills. You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork during service.
You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £5.75 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
