As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Located atop a former department store in London’s West End, Aqua Nueva serves refined, contemporary Spanish cuisine from the North, with a seasonal à la carte menu and menu del día.

Your day at Aqua:

  • Team guidance & development: Mentor and inspire a team of dedicated hospitality individuals. Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members to ensure top-notch service and smooth operations.
  • Operational excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and implement creative business ideas.

You will be paid £31,785.16 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £18,288.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
