Medical Receptionist needed in Castleford Aqua Healthcare are seeking a Medical Receptionist to support a GP Surgery in Castleford: Job Role: Medical Receptionist Location: Castleford Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing – Permanent or Locum Days Required: Monday to Friday (will consider part time) Hours: 8.00am until 6.30pm (any hours between these times) Hourly Rate: £12.21 – 13.43 per hour Requirements * Experience working in General Practice Duties * Greeting patients as they arrive at the surgery, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. * Managing patient flow to minimise wait times and maintain efficient scheduling. * Appointment Management: Scheduling appointments for patients, both in-person and over the phone.
