We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, including websites, Amazon, eBay, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving traffic through effective content strategies. Experience with content management systems is essential.
Duties
- Create compelling and original content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms that aligns with our brand's voice and marketing goals.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written materials.
- Optimise content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Manage social media accounts, including crafting posts, scheduling updates, and engaging with followers.
- Create engaging, trend-led video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content, including product imagery and promotional videos, to effectively showcase and market the company's products.
- Edit and produce polished, professional content using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
- Design and deliver digital and print marketing materials, including labels, flyers, social graphics, and event collateral.
- Create, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns using the Klayvio platform to engage customers and drive sales.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, adapting them to fit our brand and audiences.
- Collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm creative campaigns and support business objectives.
- Monitor performance of content and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A creative eye for storytelling, visuals, and design.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all written material is free from errors and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Photography and video editing experience is required, with a focus on producing high-quality content for our digital and e-commerce channels.
- Experience with eBay, Amazon, or Shopify is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital product management would be advantageous.
Benefits and working hours
- 23 days annual leave increasing to 25 days after 5 years' service.
