  • Manage BOM requirements and coordinate requisitions to maximise factory output.
  • Review operational capacity vs demand and liaise with the production supervisor to schedule manufacturing capacity.
  • Ensure purchase orders are raised and raw material levels maintained to support production.
  • Track daily outputs against targets, assess capacity flow, and manage inventory and warehouse capacity.
  • Conduct cycle counts and coordinate with the SIOP team for inventory decisions.
  • Track delivery readiness, enforce 5S, and ensure warehouse management processes, stock locations, labelling, and data flows are followed.
  • KPI suite development – assist the Purchasing Manager in developing key supply‑chain KPIs such as finished‑goods availability, raw‑material availability, inventory values, inventory turns, OTIF, etc.
