As Telemarketing Executive, you will be part of a team responsible for generating leads through outbound telephone calls. You’ll be engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote our brand, products & services.

Main Duties:

  • Making outbound calls to our CRM to generate leads for the sales, service & hire teams.
  • Meeting individual telemarketing lead targets.
  • Prospecting future business by actively engaging and developing new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer data within the CRM.
  • Improving data quality of the CRM by appending with additional information.
  • Adhering to compliance and data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, TPS).

Skills & Person Specification:

  • Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, and diarising call-backs.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • An enthusiastic, resilient individual who is proactive in achieving business goals.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems (ideally MS Dynamic).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
