Senior Quantity Surveyor role will cover Aqua clients across the North and the Midlands of England, e. g.

Northumbrian Water, Yorkshire Water, United Utilities & Severn Trent Water, so must be willing to commute to client offices and sites as required.

  • Managing and take lead on multiple projects for their clients.
  • Other appropriate Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management duties required.
  • Liaising with Clients and Contractors on a daily basis to ensure the timely communication and collation of information.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Other appropriate Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management duties required.

Qualifications

Skills and experience

  • NEC3/4 working knowledge
  • Post Contract experience
  • Project cost management skills including organisational and diligent skills
  • Water Industry or wider utilities experience
  • Working towards MRICS / MCICES
  • Pre Contract / Contract Documentation experience
