Permanent, full time (40 hours) – Location: Home / Hybrid or Aqua Consultants’ Offices in Leeds, Birmingham and other client sites across the North and Midlands of England. Flexible to commute to client offices and sites as required. Competitive Salary, Plus Benefits.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist Senior QS in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Be the focal point of contact for the client and inspire confidence.
- Manage infrastructure projects, ideally using NEC contracts.
- Estimating and cost planning.
- Procurement advice.
- Tender documentation completion.
- Contract administration and cost control.
- Cost reporting.
- Final account preparation.
- Attend meetings and undertake site visits.
- Client‑facing and confident in leading meetings.
- Manage and take lead on multiple projects for clients.
Qualifications
Essential:
- NEC3/4 working knowledge.
- Post Contract experience.
- Project cost management skills including organisational and diligent skills.
Desirable:
- Water Industry or wider utilities experience preferred.
- Working towards MRICS / MCICES.
- Pre Contract / Contract Documentation experience.
