AQS Homecare is looking to recruit to our existing team of exceptional Home Carers to support with delivering a quality service to clients living in the Southampton area.

Training & Support
We will give you all the training and support you need, such as obtaining a qualification in health and social care. You will be supported by the team to make a difference by not only providing personal care to the people we support, but supporting them to take part in a wide range of activities, including shopping trips and social occasions. All positions require an Enhanced DBS check.

Homecare Assistant Responsibilities
- The ability to understand the individual needs of the clients.
- Good communication skills.
- To be responsive to the changing needs of the individuals.
- Personal care duties.
- Support to assist with medication duties.
- Light housework.
- Food preparations.
- Social outings and appointments.
No previous experience required, however you must have a compassionate nature and understanding of the client group. You must also want to have a desire to make a difference in other people's lives.
