AQS Homecare is a registered Domiciliary Care Provider providing care to vulnerable young adults & elderly clients in the Bournemouth area.
Position overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our team in Bournemouth. Salary: £27,000 per annum. Please note that as a company we do not hold a sponsor license and will not be in a position to offer a sponsorship to any potential applicants.
Responsibilities
- Be an experienced Care Coordinator
- Manage a cohort of care staff and their rotas
- Take part in out of hours on call rota
- Take on new packages and clients to grow the business
- Be proactive in completing risk assessments and care plan assessments and providing hands‑on care if needed
- Maintain a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook
Qualifications
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in health and social care or working towards it
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to own vehicle
