The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at AQRA you'll build relationships on both sides of the market. That means developing client relationships with engineering firms across the US, understanding their projects and hiring needs, sourcing and qualifying candidates, managing live roles end to end, and closing deals.
You'll be trained on the markets, coached on the craft, and supported by a team that wants you to succeed. The expectation is that you put the work in. The reward is uncapped earnings and a clear path upwards.
No prior recruitment experience needed. We hire on mindset and train the rest.
