The Role
We are looking for a proactive Marketing and Outreach Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead stakeholder engagement, community mobilisation, and wide-scale adoption for our AI-powered Learning Management System (LMS). Implementing technology at a national scale is about more than technical excellence; it requires navigating complex public sector frameworks and inspiring cultural change. Serving as a primary project ambassador, you will interface with high-level officials, regional education leaders, and local communities to ensure this digital tool becomes a deeply integrated and trusted cornerstone of the education landscape.
What You Will Do
- Government & Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate with Ministry representatives and District Education Officers to secure project endorsements. Translate complex AI performance data into accessible impact stories and executive briefs for government leadership.
- Community & Field Outreach: Oversee interactive workshops and field roadshows across urban and rural sectors. Build trust with parents and school committees using accessible communication tools, such as WhatsApp and localised narratives.
- Change Management & Adoption: Develop tailored messaging in Urdu and regional dialects that positions AI features as essential digital assistants meant to streamline, rather than replace, the educator's role.
- Campaign & Content Creation: Capture and share compelling multimedia success stories showcasing the platform's tangible impact on students and teachers. Highlight accessibility features like offline functionality to suit local connectivity constraints.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Criteria:
- Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in public sector engagement and/or B2G (Business-to-Government) marketing, specifically linked to EdTech or international development programmes.
- Public Sector Knowledge: Proven experience collaborating with governmental bodies or relevant international development agencies.
- Language Skills: Complete professional fluency in English is required.
- Mobility: A readiness to travel internationally as required for localised training, community events, and on-site project verification.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the empathy to connect with both senior bureaucrats and local educators.
Desirable Attributes:
- An existing professional network within federal or provincial education departments.
- Familiarity with LMS frameworks and a genuine passion for the potential of Generative AI in democratising education.
- Experience managing data-led campaigns via specialised channels such as WhatsApp Business APIs and localised SMS platforms.
What We Offer
- Real Impact: The opportunity to drive outreach for a high-visibility project delivering national educational progress.
- Growth Opportunities: Clear pathways for long-term career development and professional advancement within an international firm.
- Collaboration Culture: A supportive environment built on teamwork, transparent communication, and innovation.
