Do you want a role that offers more than just sitting at a desk but keeps the convenience of being in an office environment? If you have the get up and go to provide a real presence in our office, then why not join our Facilities team? You would be part of a small and dedicated team working in the heart of our operations; ensuring that the buildings run safely and efficiently. This is a role that gives variety to your day, including helping to prepare and set up meeting rooms, managing post distribution, responding to building needs and acting as a point of contact for those working in the office Ideally you'll bring some facilities based experience with you, but if not then a can-do-attitude that doesn't shy away from manual work may still get you far! As this is a great chance to develop skills in office administration, conference support and basic maintenance tasks, all whilst working in our well equipped offices. Contract details: Location: Offices on the University of Manchester campus, M15 6EX Pay: £13.60 per hour Start Date: 2 contracts for 01/04/2025 and 1 contract for 01/05/2025 End Date: 31/08/2025 Hours: Full time, 35 hours a week Monday to Friday Working Pattern: Shift patterns will be either, 7am – 3pm, 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm or 10an – 6pm depending on business needs Interested?
