What will I be doing?
You will lead the creation of clear, focused project roadmaps that align with our long-term growth goals. You will ensure seamless collaboration across teams, maintaining alignment, and effectively tracking risks, issues, and dependencies. Regular updates on progress, risks and potential blockers will keep everyone informed and aligned.
You will drive accountability across teams, leveraging our governance structure to manage agendas, coordinate sub-groups, and ensure priorities are met. You will also have access to tools and training as needed, empowering you to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
What will I need to be successful?

Proven experience delivering at pace in matrixed organisations, balancing short-term and long-term goals.

Solid experience in project or programme management

Strong planning and problem-solving skills, understanding how people, systems, and goals connect.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with continuous improvement methods (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking).

Logical thinking and decisive action, solving problems effectively.

A focus on customer needs, ensuring decisions are user-centric.
