In this role, you'll drive the delivery of content across our website ensuring everything we publish is accurate, accessible, and customer-focused. Working closely with subject experts, UX specialists, and developers, you'll help us deliver content that meets business needs and enhances the user experience. Our website is the gateway for all our customers and during exam periods will be one of the most visited in the UK! You'd be contributing to content that appears in nearly 50,000 search results, resources and webpages.
Key responsibilities
- Planning, producing, and reviewing digital content for the AQA website.
- Managing content workflows to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Ensuring that our content is compliant, accurate, QA tested and adheres to regulatory standards.
- Supporting the creation of our specifications and specification pages using our DITA tools.
- Embedding SEO best practices and driving continuous improvement in content processes.
