As one of five Customer Training Developers, you\’ll design and develop digital training materials that meet defined learning outcomes and align with adult learning theory, such as Kolb\’s Learning Cycle. You\’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders, manage content lifecycles, and use feedback to continuously improve our training offer. The role is output-focused, requiring adaptability, strong communication and a clear understanding of customer needs.
