Join our Associate Recruitment team, where you'll help deliver a seamless experience for thousands of teacher applicants each year.

This team plays a key role in maintaining high standards of customer care while adapting to changing demand.

In this role, you'll process applications, respond to enquiries, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and Power BI.

Working with colleagues across departments, you'll assess candidate suitability, support recruitment campaigns, and contribute to activities like assessment centres-shared feedback to help improve recruitment processes.

This fast-paced, high-volume role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset.

You'll need strong Excel skills, confidence working with data, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency, taking ownership of your work and actively developing your skills within a supportive team.

What do I need to be successful?

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role delivering high-quality service.
  • Attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, whilst showing flexibility and ability to exercise own judgement for priority setting
  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and setting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to process improvements based on candidate and team input.
  • Be results focused: make pragmatic decisions and be comfortable switching between tasks as needed.
