At AQA, we need leaders to manage seasonal workers who support the exam process. In this role you’ll allocate work, drive performance against KPIs and help deliver best‑in‑class customer service to exam‑period staff.
Responsibilities
- Allocate tasks to seasonal team members.
- Drive performance to meet KPIs and deadlines.
- Support exam period activities such as examiner support, processing exam papers and advising during the summer appeals process.
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing team, ensuring a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work as a member of a team and use initiative.
- Excellent communication and customer skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to remain calm and focused under strict deadlines.
- Exceptional planning, organisation and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new computer systems.
Pay and Hours
- Hourly rate: £15.60p/h
- Hours: 35 hours per week; 7‑hour shifts between 8am and 7pm. Weekend shifts will be shared. Additional hours may be available based on business needs.
Location
University of Manchester Campus Offices with hybrid working options.
