The Assessment Delivery team is looking for Temporary Quality Assurance Administrators to support the production of exam materials. This hands‑on role ensures the highest accuracy of materials produced by typesetters and drives quality improvements to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Complete quality checks on materials produced by typesetters.
- Work closely with the Typesetting Team Leader to ensure materials meet the highest accuracy standards.
- Drive quality improvements to satisfy customer expectations.
- Collaborate with subject experts and cross‑functional colleagues.
Qualifications
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Contract Details
- Hourly rate: £13.75 per hour.
- Dates: ASAP – end of July.
- Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm).
