As the Training Coordinator in the Exams Officer Engagement Team, you’ll play a key part in supporting Exams Officers who deliver AQA qualifications. You’ll help create training that builds confidence and capability, ensuring each interaction is engaging and positive. You’ll coordinate and support the delivery of AQA’s Exams Officer training offer, helping ensure Exams Officers feel prepared and empowered throughout the exam cycle. You'll work across teams to facilitate the delivery of this training. This is a new role within an expanding team and presents the opportunity for you to shape it with a really engaged community of customers.
Key responsibilitiesIn this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting delivery of training programmes through planning and scheduling.
- Using data to understand training needs and measure impact.
- Delivering training online and face to face to our exams officers.
