Overview

We are looking for an Events Producer to plan and deliver a programme of events across digital, hybrid, and face‑to‑face formats, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience and alignment with AQA’s objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of events across digital, hybrid and face‑to‑face formats, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience.
  • Manage logistics, budgets and stakeholders to deliver events on time and aligned to agreed outcomes.
  • Use feedback and performance measures to evaluate impact and improve future event delivery.
  • Plan the programme of AQA events aligned to customer needs, products and wider AQA priorities.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure events are well‑organised, inclusive and focused on delivering value.

Qualifications

  • Experience of planning and delivering events, including logistics and budget management.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to adapt plans to meet different audience needs.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and ways of working.
  • Confidence using digital platforms and technology to support event delivery.
