In this role you will support the team, arrange dates for training, invite examiners to complete online learning, and work closely with colleagues and examiners to answer queries by email and phone. From day one you’ll be fully equipped and trained, and you will have access to our learning management system and internal vacancies.

Compensation and Working Hours

  • Hourly rate: £14.40 per hour.
  • Start date: 22/06 – 28/08/2026.
  • Hours: 35 hours a week comprising 7‑hour shifts between 8am and 6pm.
  • Occasional weekend shifts of up to 2 hours (mainly Saturdays) will be shared among the team.
  • Location: University of Guildford campus.
  • After a training period, our smart‑working approach may allow you to work some days each week from home.
