Permanent position based in Guildford & Milton Keynes: £26,000 - £26,500. Hybrid working – minimum 2 days per week.

Join our Associate Recruitment team, where you'll help deliver a seamless experience for thousands of teacher applicants each year. This team plays a key role in maintaining high standards of customer care while adapting to changing demand.
In this role, you’ll:
- Process applications, respond to enquiries, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and Power BI.
- Assess candidate suitability, support recruitment campaigns, and contribute to activities like assessment centres—sharing feedback to help improve recruitment processes.
This fast-paced, high-volume role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset. You’ll need strong Excel skills, confidence working with data, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency—taking ownership of your work and actively developing your skills within a supportive team.

- A proactive approach to managing tasks and setting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to process improvements based on candidate and team input.
- Be results focused: make pragmatic decisions and be comfortable switching between tasks as needed.
