Responsibilities:
- Manage temporary worker requirements for AQA as part of the internal recruitment team
- Provide high-quality customer care and support to candidates and colleagues
- Handle high volumes of applications and act as an important point of contact for candidates
- Receive in-person training and learn how to use bespoke recruitment systems
- Follow agreed processes to ensure recruitment activities run efficiently
You’ll be supported by the team as you learn how to use our recruitment systems and follow established processes.
Details:
- Location: AQA Guildford (University of Surrey campus) - our smart working approach means you can expect to work up to 3 days a week from home
- Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Contract Dates: 02 February – 01 May
- Hourly Rate: £13.70 per hour
