At AQA, you'll be part of a team of seven, including four Examiner Experience Partners, working to support over 35,000 examiners and subject experts.
You’ll enjoy a 35-hour week with hybrid working (2 days onsite, 3 from home), 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure, and access to modern office spaces-complete with a gym, games room and yoga studio in Manchester, and discounted eateries in Guildford. What will I be doing?
As an Examiner Experience Partner (which internally is known as an Associate Experience Partner), you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and our associate community, using data insights to drive improvements in engagement, retention and compliance. You’ll lead on communications, support change initiatives, and ensure the associate voice is heard across AQA. With autonomy over your area, you’ll be trusted to deliver meaningful improvements that directly impact how our associates work with us.
What do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience in relationship management across varying levels of seniority
- Strong communication skills, including handling sensitive or complex conversations
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Experience using data and MI to inform decisions and improve processes
- Organisational skills to balance competing priorities
- Understanding of customer needs and how to align team efforts accordingly
